CLASSES BEGIN TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 5, 2017

Tuition must be paid on or before the 1st of each month.  You may send your payment by mail or with your child.  Tuition is based on a yearly fee.  If you elect to pay by the month for each of the 10 months of classes you are paying a portion of the total cost each month, not for the number of classes attended. 

Tuition may be paid in the following manner:
A.        One payment for the entire year (includes 10% discount), payable before September 1st. This  payment must be made NO LATER THAN September 10th  to take advantage of the discount. 
B.         Two equal payments, due September 1st and Feb 1st (includes 5% discount). These
payments must be made NO LATER THAN September 10th and February 10th  to take
advantage of the discount.  If not paid by these dates, the monthly fee applies.  
C.         Monthly payments (10 months), September through June, due on the 1st of each month.

 A Late Fee of $20.00 will be charged for all payments received after the 10th of each month. 

There is a Registration Fee, per family, of $25 for new students and $20 for returning students, payable at registration.

Any student withdrawing from class during the year and returning at a later date must pay a reinstatement fee equal to one month tuition.  Any student withdrawing during a month will owe the fee for the entire month, without regard to the number of classes attended. Students who withdraw after paying an annual or semi-annual fee will be entitled to a refund of unused months.

Students taking Pointe MUST take at least one additional ballet class during the same semester at HSD. This is for the students benefit and safety.

In most cases, classes missed can be made up. Students should check with their teacher after an absence. There will be no reduction in tuition and no refunds for missed classes. YOU MUST NOTIFY US IF A STUDENT DESIRES TO STOP TAKING CLASSES OR CHARGES WILL CONTINUE.

The studio is open from September to June with special workshops and classes during the summer. We follow the Polk County school schedule for holidays and vacations. Please check our website for the 2017-2018 calendar.

Classes must have at least eight students enrolled. If enrollment drops below eight students, the students will be placed in another class that is appropriate.

 ANNUAL RECITAL:
PLACE:                       Branscomb Auditorium, Florida Southern College
DATE:                          June 16, 2018
TIME:                           2:00 PM and 7:00 PM
RECITAL FEE:           $55.00 per family (includes four complimentary tickets).
                                      Additional tickets can be purchase for $10.00 each
COSTUME FEE:        $60.00 each
                                       *Certain classes will be renting their costumes for $30.00 each.
                                        Payment will be due in December.


As noted above, there will be two performances. The only classes that will be in both performances are the students in the advanced classes, or sometimes an intermediate class. All other students will appear in either Show A or Show B. If a student is taking two or more classes a week, we will try our best to make sure all of her/his classes are in only one performance, however, this may not be possible in all cases. IF YOUR CHILD CAN BE IN ONLY ONE SHOW, PLEASE TELL US AT REGISTRATION.
